Ruby Plus：Ruby與Rails的免費教學影片

Ruby Plus是個類似Railscasts的影片收藏站，提供各種Rails（或Ruby）相關的教學影片，例如：如何在Rails 2.0中上傳圖片、如何開發Rails Plugins，或是最近比較熱門的RESTful目前也有幾篇教學影片可以參考。

註：Railscasts因為出來得比較早，教學影片較多，也可參考參考。:D

用NetBeans開發Rails,好用嗎?

我個人在Windows上是使用NetBeans開發，比較過其他像是RadRails之類的IDE，我比較習慣NetBeans，功能完整而且開發團隊不斷在更新 :p

在Windows上使用NetBeans開發，會下載一些plugins, 如上傳到遠端production environment (Linux server)是否須重新安裝plugins?

hello, 忘記回覆你的問題請見諒

使用NetBeans開發時如果你是將plugin安裝在rails底下的/vendor/目錄，
deploy到主機上之後不需重新安裝。

但必須考慮到某些plugin的相依性，例如使用acts_as_ferret先安裝好ferret（應該是以gem的方式安裝）
